We operate as an independent dropshipping store partnered with Zambeel suppliers.
All products are shipped directly from our verified suppliers.
We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

🔹 2. Orders & Payments

• Prices are shown in your local currency (AED for UAE).

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any suspicious order.

• Once placed, orders cannot be edited after 6 hours.

🔹 3. Shipping

• Average delivery time: 3 – 4 business days, depending on supplier location.

• Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

• Delays may occur due to customs, courier, or supplier issues.

🔹 4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong items (see our Return Policy).

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after verification.

🔹 5. Product Information

We aim for accuracy, but small variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to supplier differences.

We collect basic customer information (name, email, address) only to process orders.

🔹 1. عام

• نحن نعمل كمتجر دروبشيبينغ مستقل بالشراكة مع موردين موثوقين من Zambeel.

• جميع المنتجات تُشحن مباشرة من موردينا المعتمدين.

• قد نقوم بتحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

🔹 2. الطلبات والمدفوعات

• الأسعار معروضة بالعملة المحلية الخاصة بك (درهم إماراتي - AED للـ UAE).

• يتم تأكيد الطلبات فقط بعد إتمام الدفع بنجاح.

• نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب مشبوه.

• لا يمكن تعديل الطلبات بعد مرور 6 ساعات من تقديمها.

🔹 3. الشحن

• متوسط وقت التسليم: 3 – 4 أيام عمل، حسب موقع المورد.

• سيتم مشاركة تفاصيل التتبع بمجرد شحن الطلب.

• قد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب الجمارك أو شركة التوصيل أو المورد.

🔹 4. الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال

• تُقبل عمليات الإرجاع فقط للمنتجات التالفة أو المعطوبة أو الخاطئة (انظر سياسة الإرجاع الخاصة بنا).

• يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية بعد التحقق.

🔹 5. معلومات المنتج

• نسعى للدقة، لكن قد تحدث اختلافات بسيطة في اللون أو الحجم أو التغليف بسبب اختلافات الموردين.

• الصور لأغراض التوضيح فقط.

🔹 6. الخصوصية

• نقوم بجمع المعلومات الأساسية للعملاء (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، العنوان) فقط لمعالجة الطلبات.

• بياناتك محمية ولن تُباع أبدًا لأطراف ثالثة.
